“Concept Creations, the food and beverage group behind popular award winning restaurants Chicha, Tapeo and Frites are proud to announce the launch of another original creation, Hong Kong’s biggest fattest Greek venue, SOUVLA. There is no doubt that it will have you smashing plates and drinking Metaxa until the goats come home!
Located on the 1st floor of Ho Lee Commercial Building at 40 D’Aguilar Strret near Lan Kwai Fong, the 100 seat restaurant and 50 seat bar will open to the public late August. It will serve contemporary Greek cuisine in a 4000 square foot space, beautifully designed by Stephen Hart of ARC Projects. It will feature original hand crafted ceramic crockery by Robert Gordon, honed white granite and a honeycomb feature running the length of the restaurant – a nod to the Greeks as the finest producers of honey in the world.”
