Award-winning Greek restaurant ‘Apollo’ opens in Tokyo

The Apollo, an award-winning modern Greek restaurant from Sydney, Australia, opens March 31 in Tokyu Plaza Ginza, operated by Tokyu Land Corp. Apollo draws on the joint heritage of Jonathan Barthelmess in partnership with Longrain’s Sam Christie.

The menu offering will be simple, drawing on the flavors of the Mediterranean. Focusing on key ingredients – olive oil, fresh seafood, fresh vegetables, and dishes cooked over wood-fire. Come and taste the authentic Greek flavors, with a modern touch.
